General Terms and Conditions
DACHSER & KOLB operates on the basis of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG.

The following documents form part of our General Terms and Conditions and apply additionally in their respective current version:
Supplementary Agreements for Moving, Furniture, and Warehouse Logistics

For transport and services based on a moving contract within the meaning of Section 451 HGB, the GTC of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG as well as the liability information for furniture removal services pursuant to Section 451g HGB shall apply:

For the provision of relocation services, the Contractual Basis CO-LOADING shall apply in addition to the GTC of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG.
In the area of transporting goods that do not constitute household moving goods within the meaning of Section 451 HGB, in particular in the execution of new furniture transport in new furniture logistics as well as furniture transport and part-load consignments, the General German Freight Forwarders’ Conditions (ADSp), latest version, shall apply in addition to the GTC of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG.
In addition, the agreed Contractual Basis Furniture Logistics shall also apply in this respect.

For the provision of warehousing services, the General Terms and Conditions of DACHSER & KOLB GmbH & Co. KG shall apply, supplemented by the Contractual Basis Warehouse Logistics.

The contractual relationship between DACHSER & KOLB and a contractor is additionally governed by the General Purchasing Conditions (Purchasing GTC).

Additional Notice on the Moving Arbitration Board
Upon being commissioned, the furniture removal company DACHSER & KOLB is obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The responsible body is the “Moving Arbitration Board” at
Federal Association of Furniture Removal and Logistics (AMÖ) e.V.
