Our move went smoothly and according to plan. We had a great customer service/sales representative at Dachser/Kolb who immediately understood and adapted to our sometimes quite complicated requests and multiple changes, as well as an extremely efficient and very careful moving team. I moved from Frankfurt to Munich with my husband and two small children for work reasons. I booked the video viewing online. Others came to my home, which is quite complicated with children. Dachser & Kolb weren't the cheapest, but the employee who came to view the property convinced me. The move went perfectly, quickly, cleanly, and smoothly. I'll gladly use them again for my next move.

Dachser & Kolb handled our complicated move (including motorcycles!) from Munich to a small house on a mountain road in Sardinia in the most professional manner. We were advised, supported, and reassured by their office staff every step of the way, and the driver and his helpers were cheerful, energetic, and quick, resulting in a (relatively) stress-free experience. I cannot praise them enough and would recommend them without hesitation.

A very good performance from start to finish. We received excellent advice at home and were well prepared for the move. The moving team arrived on time and, after a quick tour of the whole house, the entire team came back with the first moving boxes. Everything went smoothly, even the long walk to the truck where the loader was already waiting. The team worked very well together! Everything went smoothly and quickly. We discussed the next day with the unloading in front of our new penthouse. The crew was there on time again, and the unloading and setting up went smoothly and without any problems.
